At Engo Eyewear, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance smart glasses. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your device within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the Engo eyewear, including all original accessories, charging cables, and documentation, in the original protective carrying case and shipping box.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are removed or covered.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our technicians verify the electronic components and lens integrity, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
